Hi, I’m Jamie Kreiter, founder of Nurture Therapy. Here at Nurture Therapy, we believe that healthy and happy parents raise healthy and happy babies. With compassion, expertise, and cultural sensitivity, it is our mission to support women, female-identified individuals, birthing persons, and their families through all parts of the reproductive journey.
We counsel individuals and their families through emotional struggles and transitions, mainly those related to fertility, pregnancy, and parenthood. We offer a space for you to acknowledge all of your feelings, receive validation and support, gain confidence and learn better-coping strategies specific to your new role.

Stephanie Adams, educates and guides therapists to be able to understand and treat OCD in the postpartum period. Stephanie will help clinicians to be able to assess, screen for, and diagnose postpartum OCD. Learn the different forms of treatment of PPOCD, including a basic understanding of Exposure & Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) and how to apply it in the postpartum period. Participants will also have the unique opportunity to practice applied Exposure & Response Prevention Therapy.
