Group Therapy
SUPPORT, SAFETY, AND ENCOURAGEMENT WITHIN A PEER GROUP SETTING
CURRENT GROUPS
Neurodivergent Women’s Support Group
Group therapy provides benefits that individual therapy may not. Many individuals find that they are often surprised by how rewarding the group experience can be.
Regularly talking and listening to others also helps you put your own problems in perspective. While group members are a valuable source of support, formal group therapy sessions offer benefits beyond informal self-help and support groups by providing information, universality, and the instillation of hope.
Nurture Therapy runs several different groups. Please reach out to learn more about the groups running at this time.

Unmasked Journeys: Neurodivergent Women’s Support
This group is facilitated by Melissa Bachelder, LCSW, PMH-C, who has personal & professional experience with AuDHD. For female and female identified folks who are looking for a safe space to explore what it means to “unmask” ADHD and/or Autism and to live authentically. Group members will work through supporting each other in grieving new diagnoses, learning tools to cope and live in a neurotypical world, and feel empowered in their neurodivergence.
