We’re Hiring in Fall 2024

Interested in becoming a part of the Nurture Therapy Team? Are you passionate about women’s and maternal mental health? Do you desire a career where you get to focus on helping clients without having to worry about getting clients, running a business, marketing yourself, or paying corporate taxes?

We are always looking for dynamic individuals to join our team.

Nurture Therapy is a private practice that values you and your voice. We created Nurture Therapy for talented, smart, and passionate people who want to grow their expertise in women’s and maternal mental health. This is a perfect opportunity for clinicians looking for a flexible schedule (autonomy, low caseload, work/life balance) within a collegial, supportive environment (supportive community, team environment, supervision/ consultation, income stability, and clients referrals) without the headache of running your own practice.

Currently prioritizing candidates who

  • Available in the evenings,

  • Available for in-person sessions in our Chicago Office, or

  • Have a specialization in fertility support and family expansion

PERKS OF OUR PRACTICE:

  • See a small caseload of 20-25 clients per week

  • Health Insurance (BCBS plans)

  • Competitive compensation

  • Supervision for state licensure

  • Consultation meetings and a supportive team

  • Annual CEU stipend so you can invest in training with less stress

  • Cover malpractice insurance

  • W2 Status

  • Full support from our support staff team to help navigate the not-so-fun parts of managing your caseload (scheduling new clients, running insurance benefits, sending monthly statements, handling billing issues, etc)

  • Guidance and mentorship to help you achieve your long-term career goals

SOUND LIKE A GOOD FIT SO FAR?

  • We’re looking for several therapists to join our team and are open to clinicians who are provisionally licensed or fully licensed with the state of Illinois, Tennessee, New York, & Minnesota.

  • Therapists of all colors, backgrounds, religions (or lack thereof), sexual orientations, and gender identities who are passionate about women’s and maternal mental health are encouraged to apply.

  • We prefer our therapists have foundational training in Perinatal Mood or Anxiety Disorders prior to your start at Nurture Therapy. But this is not a deal-breaker. . . We’re happy to support you in further developing these skills through ongoing training, supervision, and consultation.
